Diederich Properties, Inc. is always receptive to adding qualified, dedicated, and hardworking individuals and companies to our active vendors list in our continued effort to provide the best services to the properties we manage.
If you are interested in joining our Vendor List, please submit (via fax, USPO mail, or drop off at our office) the following documentation:
- A completed W-9 form. This form can be downloaded here. This form is required before any payment can be released to any vendor for any job.
- A copy of your license (city, county, and/or state, as applicable to your profession)
- A certificate of insurance naming Diederich Properties, Inc. as an additional named insured. All certificates of insurance must clearly identify the date of expiration and the type and amount of insurance. A minimum of $500,000 CSL in coverage is required.
Once the above listed documents are received you will be entered into our available
Active Vendor List.
Additionally, you are welcome to submit business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. These items will be distributed among our property managers.
